I've heard a few people talk about chinese torture-- where they'll let water drip on someone's nose until they die of a heart attack. Is this true?

How can I perform the 'Chinese Water Torture'?
I am doing a group project in my year 8 class and our job is to perform the 'Chinese Water Torture'. It is the one where you have water constantly dripping on you and it will eventually cause you to go insane.
I know everything about it except how to make it with a really low budget. So I can't buy taps or anything.

take an empty plastic bottle (like a 2 litre pop bottle) and cut the bottom off. turn it upside down and stuff some guaze or cotton down so that it's blocking the mouth of the bottle. Then fill with water. It will drip out really slowly. Suspend over the victim, and voila!
